After many years of consultancy work for the EU in Brussels and outside Europe, in particular for the "TACIS Procurement Unit", which dealt with the administration Tacis and Phare tenders, I started an independent career in 2001. In addition to years of freelance work in Germany as a programmer for web-based or VBA projects, I was working for both the EU and the FAO abroad. Main tasks: expert for tendering and contracs under the EU Tacis programme. Programming of a project management software for EU delegations in several African countries. I could also collect a wealth of experience in project management and evaluation.
